Probably the most romantic activity a person could take a loved one on. We did the moonlit dessert cruise and loved it. The gondola far exceeded my expectations for style and comfort and the desert tasting plater not only looked great but also tasted great. I recommend this trip to anyone that wants to see the river but highly recommend the night cruise to any couples.

Ricardo the Gondolier is wonderful – the service is excellent and Ricardo takes his job seriously. His gondola is beautifully maintained. We booked a sunset cruise, took our own champagne but Ricardo organised a seafood platter from the Sofitel Hotel for us. WOW! So delicious! The gondola can seat up to 6 people so we plan to go with friends next time. Highly recommended!
“Most romantic activity in Noosa”
My husband and I treated ourselves to a moonlit dessert cruise on the 3rd night of our honeymoon in Noosa. The dessert plate from Ricky’s was great and we felt like there was plenty of time to just sit and take it all in. It is the most romantic thing we have ever done and would recommend it all couples as a treat to yourselves. Thanks for giving us a beautiful memory of a wonderful night.

We can go out near the river mouth and across to the North Shore, and also up along the river toward Tewantin, but our main cruising area is within the stiller waters of the Sound and its canals.
